2.5. Students are not automatically enrolled or financially committed to subsequent terms. A separate confirmation of enrolment and payment arrangement will be required.

Trial Sessions and Enrolment

3.1. New students are initially offered a separately paid trial session to experience the programme before deciding whether to commit to the remainder of the term.

3.2. The trial session costs £20, payable at the time of booking through the ReAct Theatre Co. website.

3.3. Following the trial session, students may decide whether they wish to continue with the remainder of the term.

3.4. Students wishing to continue must confirm their decision to ReAct Theatre Co. by email or written message.

3.5. Continued enrolment is confirmed once ReAct Theatre Co. has acknowledged the student's decision and both parties have agreed the payment arrangements.

3.6. Once continued enrolment has been confirmed, the student is committed to the remaining six sessions of the term and the associated balance, subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights and the withdrawal provisions in these Terms & Conditions.

3.7. Students who decide not to continue after their trial session will not be committed to paying the remaining term fees.

Fees and Payments

4.1. The total cost of Term One is £260, comprising:

  • Trial session: £20.
  • Remaining six sessions: £240.
  • Total programme cost: £260.

4.2. The £20 trial payment is credited towards the total Term One programme fee. Students who continue after the trial will therefore have a remaining balance of £240.

4.3. Students may pay the remaining balance in full or discuss an alternative payment plan directly with ReAct Theatre Co.

4.4. Any payment plan must be agreed with ReAct Theatre Co. in advance. The agreed instalment amounts and payment dates will be confirmed in writing.

4.5. Where a student fails to make an agreed payment, ReAct Theatre Co. reserves the right to suspend their participation until outstanding payments have been brought up to date. ReAct will normally contact the student or responsible parent/guardian and provide an opportunity to resolve the missed payment before taking this action.

4.6. Suspension for non-payment does not automatically cancel the student's payment obligations under their enrolment agreement.

4.7. Students aged 18 and over are responsible for their own course fees. For students aged 16–17, the parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for payment will be responsible for the agreed fees.

Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

5.1. ReAct Theatre Co. recognises that circumstances can change. However, once a student has confirmed continued enrolment, they are committing to the remaining term and associated fees.

5.2. Students wishing to withdraw must contact ReAct Theatre Co. in writing at hello@reacttheatreco.com.

5.3. ReAct Theatre Co. may consider exceptional withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, a partial refund or credit may be offered, taking account of the circumstances, sessions already delivered, costs incurred and any reasonable opportunity to fill the student's place.

5.4. A student withdrawing from the programme is not automatically entitled to a refund of unused sessions. However, any cancellation charges or retained payments will be subject to applicable consumer law and must be fair and proportionate.

5.5. Students should contact ReAct Theatre Co. as soon as possible if they are considering withdrawing.

5.6. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a booking made online or otherwise at a distance, students will be informed of the applicable cancellation period and procedure before entering into the contract.

5.7. Where the law provides a cancellation period, the right to cancel and any payment due for services already supplied will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation. Any request to begin providing the service during a cancellation period, and any acknowledgement required by law, will be obtained separately where necessary.

5.8. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts a student's statutory consumer rights.

6.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and participate consistently throughout the term.

6.2. Students who are unable to attend must notify ReAct Theatre Co. as soon as reasonably possible by emailing hello@reacttheatreco.com.
